We recently attended Roxie Nafousi’s Manifest Live Show at the stunning Alexandra Palace Theatre on February 8th. Roxie, a leading voice in the world of self-development, gave a powerful and deeply personal insight into her journey—from struggling with addiction for 10 years to completely transforming her life through manifestation. Now, she’s a bestselling author, a podcast host (with Jay Shetty as her first guest!), and an inspiration to women everywhere.


Her energy was infectious, her vulnerability was refreshing, and her message was clear: Manifestation is real, and it can change your life.


So, how do you actually make it work? Here are Roxie’s 7 Steps to Manifestation to help you attract the life you want:


Step 1: Be Clear in Your Vision

  • Specificity is key. Instead of “I want to be successful,” say, “I want to grow my income by 30% this year.”

  • Visualise it daily. The more vividly you can see and feel your future, the faster it manifests.


Step 2:  Remove Fear and Doubt

  • Fear blocks your manifestations.

  • Work on self-belief, challenge limiting thoughts, and remind yourself daily: "I am worthy of everything I desire.


Step 3: Align Your Behaviour

  • Take inspired action. Manifestation isn’t just thinking—it’s doing.

  • Surround yourself with the right energy. Being around growth-minded women helps you stay on track.


Step 4: Overcome Test  from the Universe

  • Obstacles will come up, but they’re part of the process. 

  • Stay committed, trust the timing, and don’t give up when things get tough.


Step 5: Embrace Gratitude to Elevate Your Vibration

  • Gratitude shifts your mindset instantly. Be grateful for what you already have and the universe will give you abundance. 

  • List three things you’re grateful for every day to attract more abundance.


Step 6: Turn Envy into Inspiration

  • It can be easy to be envious of someone and feel guilty about it, but remember envy is a human emotion that we are born with. Instead of seeing someone else's success as a sign you’re behind, use it as proof of what’s possible. 

  • If they can do it, so can you!


Step 7: Trust in the Universe

  • Let go of the how and when. When you obsess over things your living in lack and like attracts like. You have to fully believe that your dreams are on its way and not worry about the how and when. 

  • Focus on what you can control, and trust that the universe is working behind the scenes.
