1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

Finality of Purchase: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers.

Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold. Transfers may be permitted only with prior written permission from the organisers.
Event Changes: In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or any material change to an event, attendees will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
2. Attendee Eligibility

Our in-person events are open to women aged 18 and over only. You may be required to provide your date of birth to confirm eligibility.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Food Allergens: If you provide dietary or allergen information, we will do our best to accommodate it. However, you are responsible for managing your own dietary needs and risks.

Assumption of Risk: Attendance is at your own risk. She Connects Network and its partners are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other issues arising from your participation.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Connects Network, its affiliates, and venue partners from any liabilities, claims, or damages that may arise in connection with your attendance.
4. Photography & Media Consent

By attending a She Connects event, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in photos or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media, websites, and printed material).

If you do not wish to be included, please notify the team in writing before the event. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but full exclusion from group media cannot be guaranteed.
5. Code of Conduct

We foster safe, inclusive, and uplifting spaces. All attendees must act respectfully at all times.

Disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory behaviour may result in immediate removal without a refund.

She Connects Network reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone who violates these standards.
