Luisa is not an ordinary “Life Coach’, as she takes a holistic approach that works on mind, body and soul. It is her belief that you cannot work on one without working on the other aspects in order to achieve greatness and live the life of your dreams.
15 years ago my health was in serious decline, it had been creeping up on me but I ignored a lot of the signs, scared I suppose. I just thought I was a tired mum, although deep down in my soul I knew something was not right.
When it really hit, one weekend in France, I found myself unable to walk. My body just kept telling me I had to physically stop, I was also exhausted, the kind of tired that no sleep fixes and I also couldn’t tolerate certain food. Basically my body felt like it was shutting down and it was. It was at this point where a long tumultuous journey of healing began. This journey will always be something that is impossible to really put in to words through the never ending trials and tribulations over such a long period of time.
During this journey I saw numerous doctors, none of which could really help. I eventually had an under active thyroid diagnosed but this was just one piece of the puzzle. My nervous system had deteriorated further by this point, my mental health was shot to pieces and I barely ever slept as my brain wouldn’t shut down, sometimes days at a time. I was also over medicated a lot because we could never get my thyroid to stabilise so I never felt balanced or normal. I was losing control of my life and fast...in fact I had already lost control. No one understood because I had periods of time where I looked fine. I lost my social life and friends who didn’t understand, as I kept having to cancel plans. I couldn’t work, I couldn’t eat many foods and was forced to be at home most of the time and I definitely wasn’t able to be a proper mother or wife. If it wasn’t for my husband with his unwavering support and love, I wouldn’t be here today. There is no question I wanted to end this existence on numerous occasions.
Fast forward to finding a naturopath who diagnosed Adrenal fatigue, severe burnout. I started to get some relief after finding this man who helped me turn things around but it was a lengthy complicated process that involved a lot of research, advocating for my own health, trying many different healing modalities and having lots of patience. When you have hit severe burnout it takes years to build the adrenals back up and only with nourishment through nutrient dense foods, rest (lots of rest) and supplements. If you over do it, you have flare ups and spend weeks back in bed again. This happened to me often! I basically had to surrender to the fact that this was my life and that there must be a higher purpose to all that was playing out.
And there was. I discovered there is much beauty to be found in this amount of pain. I was changing as a person on such a profound level, I started to become the version of myself I was meant to be and continue to become today. This period without doubt will continue to shape the rest of my life. I will never ever take a single thing for granted. I truly learned that we only ever have the present moment and that everything in life is temporary. I have an appreciation for life that I believe I would not have without going through this ordeal and this now enables me to live, seeing things from a much higher reality and perspective. We have come here to evolve as souls and some of us have signed up for steep lessons in order to serve, raise others up and lead with an open and compassionate heart.
My illness didn’t start because I was unlucky, it started because for years I lived out of alignment with who I was - people pleasing, over giving, never saying no, obsessed with doing everything or accepting every invitation, barely stopping to breath, perfectionism and allowing people in my life that slowly took too much and were not good for me. Disease is dis-ease in the body and mine was loaded with unhealed, stored trauma and unhealthy levels of toxins which made me live out my life in this way. Chronic illness has a way of filtering out all the rubbish in your life and many of us I believe experience this because of our soul’s path. Ultimately my body was fighting for me and trying to alert me to what had to change.
So, what can I tell anyone going through anything like this, or anything that is in any way challenging to you right now? Well, as I said everything that happens to us is happening for our highest good, so our souls can evolve and experience a more aligned life, with deeper meaning and purpose, incredible strength, far greater happiness, ultimately transforming us into the best version of ourselves. When we are forced to level-up, heal or let go of things, we make room for what is meant. New people, places, jobs, experiences etc enter our world and fast… you become a magnet for manifesting as there is so much new found space and light in your vessel. During this time I learned how to heal my body in so many different ways and I am still constantly learning and actively work on healing now as part of my lifestyle, and I teach and empower others to do the same. If you want to live an extraordinary life and master your reality, this is what is required.
Aside from me telling you two of the most important things you will ever hear, being that health is truly the greatest wealth and that to always listen to your body, I have some simple quotes that I took in on a deep level on my journey and live by today that I would like to share with you. They are good to affirm when going through struggles and will help you live the life you came here to experience.…
The comeback is always stronger than the setback
Change the way you look at things and watch your life change
Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning to dance in the rain
We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us
The best views come after the hardest climb
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think
If it costs you your peace it’s too expensive
The Portal to every next level is through the parts of yourself you avoid

جلب الحبيب

I really enjoyed reading this post and the way everything was explained in a simple and natural flow. It’s always nice to come across content that feels informative without trying too hard to promote something. The details shared here made the topic easy to follow and genuinely interesting to read till the end. I usually browse blogs like this during short study breaks, and honestly, good content always stands out. At the same time, managing academic tasks can get hectic, so resources like rapid assignment help are sometimes useful for students trying to balance everything. I also recently found Rapid Assignment Help while searching for online study support.
