Jenna Seward is the Founder of Jenna Dawn Nutrition and specialises in helping women with PCOS, hormone imbalances, menstrual health, as well as supporting couples improve their fertility.
Graduating from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2019, Jenna is passionate about empowering women to take control of their hormones, weight, energy, skin, gut health and fertility, through evidence-based nutrition and compassionate, no-fluff support, helping them feel confident, radiant, and in charge of their bodies for life.
Throughout her journey, Jenna found herself particularly drawn to working with women with fertility struggles, PCOS and hormone imbalances. These are conditions that are often misunderstood and under-supported in traditional healthcare. Jenna empathises with these women deeply, and is dedicated about showing them what’s possible when you combine targeted nutrition with lifestyle and mindset shifts.
This line of work is incredibly personal. Jenna has been in the shoes off so many of my clients; struggling with body image, battling hormonal chaos, and feeling lost in a sea of misinformation. Jenna is dedicated to supporting women in cutting through the noise and learning to trust their bodies again. Showing women just how powerful nutrition can be, not just in changing how you look, but how you feel every single day.
